By simply completing our Estimate Request Form and uploading the vehicle details and images, repairers can request an estimate at any time. Once prepared and approved, the estimate can be forwarded directly to insurers or external engineers for authorisation.
We also continue to support repairers throughout the repair process by assisting with supplements for additional items identified during repairs, including concealed damage, extra components, and updated pricing. Our pricing structure is transparent, fair, and unlike similar serviceΒ proivders, we do not take a percentage of repair values.

Please be aware that inspections are for Court and Ombudsman use and are legal documents, we are unable to determine the outcome of a claim, as that decision rests solely with the appropriate reviewing authority or claims department. Our role is to assist with gathering and submitting the necessary documentary information and evidence and interpreting the engineering evidence for the body overviewing any claim, but we do not have the ability to influence or guarantee the final decision. The reports are fluid and are based on the evidence we have at the time of the inspection, if you ask us to reconsider the evidence this is possible in the terms of the inspection, but does need to be done in writing to maintain legal integrity. The reports comply with CPR 35 and PD 35 requirements.
