Per Audatex Estimate

1) We will prepare a detailed audatex estimate based on the information and images you provide us.
2) For single one off estimates, we submit to insurers via audatex on your behalf for £150.00 per estimate, all we require from you is images of damage and vehicle identity and claims/insurer details sent to us via email/using online form
Alternatively we can email you a copy of the full estimate for you to submit yourselves or use as you please.

We can reduce the price to £45 per audatex assessment networked to insurer directly this on a min 12 month contract basis (3–10 instructions per day) — this would require you as a business to have Audatex subscription.
This covers initial/1st estimates only. We charge extra £10 per each additional supplementary.
We as a company always try and find lost profits/missed items which the company are entitled too but estimators rarely apply to estimates, but we do! And its all part of this service and we also provide a free review of your estimating operations.

Post Repair Inspection

Comprehensive physical or digital inspection of the vehicle after repairs are completed. or prior to repairs being carried out
We verify that all repairs meet safety standards and industry specifications to ensure your vehicle’s integrity.
This report can also be used to determine if a fault/repair is accident related damage or if you just want to challenge a dealership through small courts, we can help, we provide reports for eventuality’s!
NOTE: A Post-Repair Inspection is an independent assessment of a vehicle after accident repairs. It identifies unfit repairs, missed damage, or safety-critical issues. All reports are subject to what we find on the day of inspection, no liability will accepted for issues which occur after our visit has concluded on site.

Per Desktop Engineering/ Warranty Review

1) Remote engineering review of estimates and images to validate repair costs and methods.
2) Ideal for quick turnarounds where a physical inspection is not required by the insurer.
3)Perfect to cover times when engineers are off sick or holidays or just general work over flow
*For long term/contract work -Insurance/Fleet providers/Accident management company’s our Audatex price (as advised above) per review/authority will be £45 (based on 3–15 work instructions networked to us per day)
We can also handle all your repair networks estimate supplementarys and any repair issues from your network and non network repairers this is available for all authorities we engineer for you at a cost of only £60.00 per instruction (including the initial authority and on a contract basis as mentioned above)
Warranty review/authorise desktop service £60.00 per review/repair
Normal fee per desktop review/authority is £100 this applies to one off or non contract work.
NOTE: This service helps in streamlining your claim process and ensuring accurate repair evaluations, cost affective and to avoiding delays to your repair network and complaints from clients.
Cost control is part of this service we look over estimates thoroughly to ensure safe repairs and also cost affective estimates.

As part of the service we also carry out basic site audit which will include health and safety and compliance we report back any findings or issues
We follow BSI /ISO guidelines
Our repair audit involves a random visit to your network or non-network repairer. This is typically carried out after your engineers have authorised repairs.
Our experts will attend the site and examine whether all repairs are being carried out to an industry standard. We also ensure that all work matches the costs being charged by the repairer.

Unfortunately, following vehicle repairs, complaints can sometimes arise regarding damage to vehicles or the standard of repairs carried out. At Esti-mate Engineering Assessors, our engineers are experienced in handling such cases and working towards effective resolutions.
We liaise with insurers, vehicle owners, and all relevant parties, acting as mediators to resolve disputes related to claims handling or any alleged damage caused during the repair procces.

ENGINEER & VDA AUDIT SERVICE

PER DAY REVIEW
We audit your engineers and Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs) to help maintain professional standards, improve estimate accuracy, and protect profitability.
Our reviews identify problem areas, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, helping your engineers or VDAs develop stronger estimating practices and better repair assessment standards.
Audits are carried remotely all we require is copy’s of audatex estimates (engineers/estimators first and final authority) inc images of damage and the claim instructions
(max of two engineers/estimators per day, we can also provide an on site audit over looking estimators and engineers while they work or via remote review-£399 per day (8 hour day)
Engineering & Technical consultancy

PER HOUR
This service is for vehicle repair bodyshop’s/car sales dealerships/solicitors/accident management company’s, the FOS or anyone who needs assistance a little bit of advice on a motor claim or technical advice on repair/claims issues,insurance companies etc.
We charge by the hour and can discuss via teams or phone any questions or quiries you may have.

In most cases this can be carried in 24/48 hours from us being notified.
